Background
Many teams want to be just as productive with AI as the Claude ecosystem allows — but hit a hard limit: contracts, trade secrets, HR data, patient records, client files. The moment such content moves into a US-hosted model, it gets delicate. The US CLOUD Act lets American authorities access data held by US providers — even when the servers sit in Europe. For public bodies, law firms, clinics and many mid-sized companies, that's simply not an option.
The result: AI is either banned outright or runs unofficially in shadow IT. Both are expensive. What's missing is a way to deliver the same use cases without giving up data sovereignty.
Solution
We deliver the same practical value as in the Claude ecosystem — only on a fully data-sovereign stack.
- European open-weights models. At the centre sits Mistral — a European provider with open model weights. Open weights means the model runs on our or your own infrastructure instead of as a black-box API in someone else's data centre. Full control, no hidden data leakage.
- Self-hosting and EU cloud. Depending on the requirement, the model runs on-premises (in-house, e.g. via Ollama) or in a sovereign EU cloud. No data leaves the European legal space, and the entire processing path is auditable.
- Green, European operation. Hosting via Green Hosting EU — privacy-compliant and with a clear ecological footprint.
- Same use cases, delivered sovereignly. Research workflows, content pipelines, internal assistants, tool chains — everything we also build in the Claude ecosystem can be mapped onto the sovereign stack.
The recipe is the same as in our workshops: no tool zoo, just concrete, working solutions for real problems — only this time with the data staying in-house.
Outcome
Teams work productively with AI without their data leaving the company or the EU. The whole stack is auditable, costs are predictable (own infrastructure instead of per-request token billing), and there's no dependency on a single US provider. Data sovereignty stops being a showstopper for AI and becomes the precondition under which AI can be used at all.
Why this fits us
We live in both worlds. We work productively in the Anthropic/Claude ecosystem every day — and we know the European, data-sovereign alternatives just as well. That's the difference: we don't dogmatically recommend one or the other, we pick the right path per requirement. If you need maximum model quality without sensitive data, Claude is excellent. If you need data sovereignty, you get the same practical value sovereignly from Europe.
