Starting point
A significant part of the daily work in companies is data-flow drift: copying emails, sorting spreadsheets, renaming attachments, typing values out of PDFs. A lot of it could be automated — but hardly anyone dares, because "automating" is often equated with "learning to program".
That's exactly the gap this workshop closes: n8n as a no- and low-code platform that lets business units connect their own workflows — without waiting for IT and without a single line of code.
Format and audience
Half to full day, on-site or remote. The audience is business units and decision-makers without programming skills: people who know their processes and see the potential, but don't have a software background. No prior knowledge is needed. For larger groups we bring additional trainers so everyone can build along on their own machine.
Sample agenda
This agenda is a suggestion too and gets tailored in the kickoff call to the tools you already run — forms, mailboxes, spreadsheets, CRM.
- Nodes instead of code. Tools get connected like building blocks: a trigger at the top, a destination at the bottom, transformation nodes in between.
- Live example: form → structured data → database or spreadsheet. An incoming form starts the workflow, data gets extracted and structured, and a new row lands in a database, a Google Sheet or an Excel file at the end — optionally plus an email to the person responsible.
- Your own use cases. Which workflow is worth it for you? What data is available? What tools are already in use? Together we build your first own workflow.
What participants take away
A concrete blueprint: this is what an end-to-end workflow looks like, this is how I connect my existing tools, this is how I stop data being typed out three times. And a first working workflow of their own that keeps running after the workshop. "Sounds interesting" turns into "I can start this on Monday with the team".
Example: Bergischer KI Summit
In this form we ran the workshop at the Bergischer KI Summit for a room full of decision-makers. The agenda, live examples and blueprints are documented there.
Why this fits us
We've been building automation stacks for clients for years, often with n8n at the centre. The workshop doesn't come from marketing — it comes from real production systems, and anyone in the room notices immediately: this is someone who wrenches on the thing themselves.
