Background
DeepSkill runs a platform for end-to-end people development: coaches offer training, workshops, seminars and continuing-education formats; companies buy curated learning journeys for their staff. Two questions had to be solved at the same time.
First: coach billing. Manual spreadsheets, third-party PDF tools and inconsistent service records simply don't scale for a platform of this size — and with Germany's and Europe's e-invoicing push they were no longer compliant. Second: content authoring. Learning content only lands if it speaks to its audience — a piece written for a senior executive looks different than the same piece for a shop-floor specialist.
Solution
We delivered two complementary tracks.
- Coach billing service. Monthly settlements, service records, invoices and exports — generated directly from the platform, so coaches never have to leave it. Modern e-invoicing standards like ZUGFeRD and Factur-X are supported, so recipients can automate downstream processing. Workflows are transparent, auditable and accounting-ready.
- Sovereign AI text adaptation. Content is rewritten automatically by job, role and skill level — written once in the back-office, delivered in multiple audience-appropriate variants. The AI runs on sovereign EU infrastructure; training and platform data never leave DeepSkill's control. Compliance is treated as an architectural constraint, not an afterthought.

Outcome
DeepSkill now operates modernised, technically and legally up-to-date billing for coaches, plus automated, audience-specific communication for learners. Manual work drops, content lands better, and the AI in the learning platform is genuinely defensible — towards customers, DPOs and regulators.
